Ladder Meeting

Would anyone be interested in having a meeting/chatroom to discuss possible rules changes? It seems that many believe some sort of change is needed, but we don't seem to have gotten anywhere in the forum.

I could facilitate a meeting place. Just need to know approximately what time work work best for most. We could do a couple of them, at different times of day, perhaps.
