I don't know why but i just don't like hardwood, maybe because slow, sure graphics are good, but quick games are worth a sight sacrifice.
Mystic worked for a little here and there, but how much more screwed up can a ranking be? i'm sure we've all heard by now they are going free to play, pay to have any kind of special features, and rank bonus's to paying members... I have never seen numbers so high, it's completely rediculous now. gotta play ALL the time and pay just to have a shot at top 20. I have returned to yahoo spades for now, though i'm not playing much right now.
To all those who remember my first 2 in funcom, I worked at a conveyor company for about 3 years and some remember trips out of state just to work tons of hours and maybe play a game a week, and i'm sure some of you remember "brb phone" minute later "*..* I gotta go I will get a sub for you p" for emergencies.
I have been asked to return.
I am going to be installing conveyors again, this time fully on the road. I started this week being 'contracted' to the shop of the place building all the specialty parts for the upcoming project and have already put in 60 hours trying to catch them up.
Thursday I leave for Pennsylvania. I'll be honest, my memory still sux, so i don't know if i know anyone in pennsylvania. Though

Now for the final point I want to make to this post.
In order for this site to work properly seens that there may be a flocking of new members in oh about 25 days left of silver pass at mystic is my assumption,,, I wish to propose a suggestion.
OPS NEED COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE SITE!
In this respect.
They need to be able to break away from the staff, sr staff, and all this carbon copy BS that they are forced into following. They need to be able to do something then and now rather than a day or week later. There should be implemented a MUTE as it seems to work really well and be able to talk to the individuals involved in whatever situation without the lobby being brought into a battle. That is the huge problem with the past. Here we sit fighting carrying on, and can't anyone NOT put their 2 cents worth in. THEN ops need to be able to set people in their place. There are some who spout off just to tick off. TD's need same control, as well as a small lesson in minor dealings as TD's are usualy here as much as OPS. In order for case's ladder online to work, it needs to be broken away from the 4000 other sites. Priority #1 must come to players at the moment that they need it.
I personally think this site has ... some potoential (though i could think of some better programming *cough cough*) for playing. Speed is needed if it hasn't changed since the last time i played.
I think that unless this site can get some serious TLC isn't nothing going to happen except what's happened in the past. fighting carrrying on manipulations, basic tearing down of players for no reason... it all starts with everyone's attitude and most everything i've ever seen or heard in this place has been nothing but kids with their heads up their backsides.

How many remember the time I accidentally miss pm'd someone a half a chat screen of cybering just 2 minutes before i was supposed to start a tourney?
I got 2 and a half full chat boxes of everyone's LMAO's and ROFL's before ANY OTHER CHAT was typed, hahaha
i'm back to a job that i enjoyed being a part of, and now am looking for that one place that I could call a home again. I know that it will be quite some time before there is such a site, but if anyone can do it it's me... I have a full set of 4 different programming languages and 20 some books on aspects of java. I've read 2 so far, so all it will take now is time and patience... being on the road like i'm about to do is going to allow me to fully jump into this and my first goal is to create it,,, i'll worry about bandwidth when I am satisfied with what I am gonna create.
from looks of things its gonna be 11 - 12 hr days maybe 14hrs and 3 days off, and i'm not planning on coming back to michigan for nearly 3 months, , , actually my perspective is looking more like 9 months but the future projects are still "up in the air" so to speak. That's the first thing i get to do when i get down there... hang off a 60 ft cieling and start wrenching on existing conveyor... should be fun : )
