One of the many features at CLO is that we have a log on the game tables where you can see when a player switches to another program. The programs you hear about on other sites used for cheating do not work here. Click the rules link on the left, and you will find that we have ONE game specific rule right now, so no complications there. For the time being we are what some might call a "sit and play" ladder - there is no formal bidtaking procedure although the general rules do provide for challenges to be made to effect the climbing of the ladder. The way we like to do rules on CLO is to post any suggestions we receive from players in the forum for about a 3 day discussion and then submit them to be put into the booth. Rules are normally in the booth for 14 days. Our goal is to keep things as simple, easy and fun as possible. This means having simple, basic rules that new members can read and understand even if they have never participated in ladder play before. We welcome any suggestions you might have. Peace
