Do these steps in this EXACT order.

1. add/remove programs - delete ALL clo stuff in there (some people have several clo folders with all the updates)

2. C:/program files/ delete cases ladder folder

3. Clear cookies - NOT thru internet explorer tools, through your hard drive - should be a folder labeled temporary internet files, delete its contents not the folder. XP users: C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Temporary Internet files

4. reboot

5. make sure no programs running in the background

6. www.igl.net/clo click on download, (if it is still disabled click auto report room for download)

7. don't switch windows, don't touch anything, let it sit there til it finishes; if it freezes click on the installer window, sometimes that kicks it back in gear

8. reboot after install

9. come back and try rooms again

If you do not have XP try this:

2a. For ANY windows but XP: do a cnrtl, alt, delete on the computer and look for a program called loadqm. IF you have it, click on START, RUN, type MSCONFIG goto the STARTUP tab then look for that program and disable it (THIS applies to win2000, winME, win98 1st and 2nd as well as MSN5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.2 and 8.0 )
