Do you have java? both suncorp and MS java work, but they have to be installed for it to work.

If you have firewalls and popup blockers and resident virus/malware controls they can also interfere with the initial download.

IE7 works but you have to fiddle with the security settings and such all over again.

Vista has more issues with clo... so I wont even go there.
