First of all thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve here as ladderop. Thanks for the trust you placed in me. Unfortunately this ladder has no more need of me in that capacity. I hope that sometime in the future there will be a change which needs an op here again, and that growth will occur.

Secondly, I'm sorry I couldn't bring the players here, and keep that first enthusiasm that was here when I first arrived. Time has decayed that enthusiasm and I apologise for getting tired of sitting in an empty lobby for hours at a time.

I wish you all good success and great playing wherever you decide to be. My priorities have shifted as yours did, and so I am here less now. Perhaps we shall cross paths again and play again for old times sake....
