I have not played ONE game ,,where I did not have to manually meld some of my cards...before clicking done ..click on cards that need melded, then click done :)

: As some of you may have noticed the does not always automeld cards. Before you click done make sure your melds are done. If not generally clicking on automeld once or twice will fix this.
