Time for some GSR'S..m

The time has come and gone for:
time limits on rounds
# of mia's per tourney
time limits on setting tables and sitting
dq if playing elsewhere ie pogo or yahoo same time

We are all here to have fun but it's hard to have fun when your opponent is playing one card every 2 mins!

I have never came across a league myleagues or cases without these rules. And as a former td htd and admin I can see the definite need for these rules.
