*Disable or Turn Off UAC (User Account Control) in Control Panel:

To use Control Panel to disable UAC in Windows 7, there are several methods to access the User Account Control settings page:

1. Go to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Account.

2. Click on "User Account Control settings link" (its at the bottom).

3. Slide the slider bar to the lowest value (towards Never Notify), with description showing Never notify me.

4. Click OK to make the change effective.

5. Restart the computer to turn off User Access Control.

also install the clo installer WHEN THEY ARE DONE doing this. do this AFTER they have done first part.. click on the "help/FAQ", on the clo site where we log on

When I click on a room link, a small window pops up and nothing happens after that. http://play.igl.net/clo_index.php?p=faq

The web component did not install properly.

Download and run the Case's Ladder Online Web Component Installer to install the web component. This component runs inside of the small pop-up window, updating the software and launching the game for you.

Make sure that activeX controls are enabled, and scripting of activeX controls is enabled in your Internet settings. The web component installer can change these settings for you.
