Hi everyone, just an FYI about complaints, All complaints must go through the Support Mail in order for your LadderOp to be able to address them.

You cannot just approach your LadderOp and expect us to be able to handle the situation. As well, use of this Forum for complaints is not permitted.

These complaints are handled anonymously, and in the majority of cases the complaint is left unknown.

We all want to have a fun relaxing experience in our Ladder, and your LadderOps were voted by you, the membership, for our fairness and objectivity and the ability to help your experience be the best that it can be, but on the other hand we need our members to follow proper protocol so we CAN do our job.

If you feel the need to put in a complaint, please go to the left scroll and under the heading of Support is the link called Contact Us. Follow the instructions to lodge a complaint, request a reduction, offer a suggestion or ask a question.
