Here are several useful way of accessing the gaming site login page please read carefully:

XP INSTRUCTIONS....

In order to play the games you must be using a recent version of Internet Explorer. You can verify that here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx
We find that Internet Explorer 6 is the best option. MSN explorer also works at a pinch. NO OTHER BROWSERS DO.
If you are having problems seeing the yellow activeX bar, or installing the activeX, it is possible that you need to adjust your IE security settings. To check this, in Internet Explorer, click on Tools, and then Internet Options. Click on the "Security" tab in the Internet Options Window, and then click on the "Custome Level" button to verify or change your settings.
- Scroll down to the "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" section. - Scroll to the "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" section, and select "Enable" from the available options. - Scroll to "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting", and select "Enable".
You must also have Java enabled in IE for this game to work. You will find that setting in the same list. Verify that your Java permissions are not set to "disable".
Once you have confirmed that you are using the correct settings restart your computer, and you should be able to play the game.

....Security Certificate....

In your upper browser tool bar, choose Tools, Internet Options, then click the Security tab. Click the button that says Custom Level, Scroll to Don't prompt for client certificate selection .... then click the Enable. Click Apply, Ok, then close all windows.

VISTA INSTRUCTIONS....

You need to follow these directions with Vista in order to get into CLO.
First make sure you have enabled all your active x files. Next follow these specific directions for Vista, and then let me know if you still cannot get in.
YOU SHOULD not turn off the account as administrator. Here are the instructions:
Start --> Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off
From there the user should uncheck the option to "Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer".
If you continue to have problems, then I would recommend you check your firewall and/or anti-virus settings and their active x settings because I doubt it's Vista causing the problem.

REINSTALLING CLO - WHEN NEEDED

First of all, this procedure does not need doing often, but when it does you need to be precise about following the instructions. There are no specific instructions for vista at this point.
Step 1: Use the control panel add and remove programs function...

Step 2: Remove the Cases Ladder folder from the program files folder on your c drive, and delete the cloinstall log on the c drive.

Step 3: CLEAN OUT... manually... all cookies, temp internet files and internet history.

IMPORTANT Step 4: Turn the computer OFF... all the way to power off. Then turn it on again.

Step 5: Redownload the CLO chat client by entering a room on the CLO site. While this is happening do NOT under any circumstances click anything or DO anything off window while the software downloads. Doing so may well stall the download completely. THIS INCLUDES ANY FORM OF IM.
Step 6: play... lol
