Dear Ladder Members,

We have received messages from several players who have been unable to enter the Gaming Safari Game Room. Sometimes the automatic updater fails to keep the software current. The solution is a simple fix. Just download the software again and that should resolve any problems. If you still have any issues, please contact us through the usual Case's support .
