If a team is challenged directly by one team, they need to take that game. They can not accept a different game from a team that did not challenge them (or they did not challenge before the other team, EZ, did). So yes, if that happened, BS should have accepted the game with EZ, not hot. Again, I did not see this happen and have no proof, so I am not accusing any teams of violation a rule.

As for top 5 inactivity, I try to check the top 5 as often as possible, as it is not an automatic runging.
